Guillermo Woolfolk has been writing about beer and craft beer culture since 2009 as the Birmingham/Alabama Beer Examiner.  After relocating to the Tampa Bay-area of Florida and the demise of the Examiner.com in 2016, he then decided it was finally time to branch out on his own with the creation of this site.
