Stone Brewing (Escondido, California) has officially announced that it is continuing its hop-fueled journey through January with the Special Release of Stone Viking Space Probe Double IPA.

A well-received favorite that was originally developed as “one of the early beers brewed by Steve Gonzalez, Senior Manager of Small Batch Brewing & Innovation for Stone Brewing – Napa,” Stone Viking Space Probe is a Double India Pale Ale that possesses “a subtle haze reminiscent of some far-off nebula, and further complimented with the juicy flavors of Ella and Citra hops.” Dosed with Belgian Candi Sugar “for added sweetness,” Stone Viking Space Probe comes together to be a unique DIPA that is “definitely out of this world.”

Stone Viking Space Probe Double IPA is available now in California and will enter full distribution on January 27.  You can expect to find this new Special Release available in 6-packs of 12 oz. cans, 22 oz. bottles and on draft at select craft beer-friendly establishments located in Alabama, Florida, California, Virginia and throughout the rest of Stone Brewing’s nationwide distribution network.  Prost!
