Tampa, Fla. (April 1, 2020) — World of Beer Bar & Kitchen is asking Tampa residents to help Pay It Forward. Tomorrow, customers can “Pay It Forward” by purchasing a $10 meal for a Tampa General Hospital employee. Each meal purchased will be matched with an additional meal from World of Beer to help feed those who are on the front line of COVID-19.
“As we find ourselves in a global health crisis, we at World of Beer recognize that we are stronger together.” said Paul Avery, president and CEO of World of Beer. “Our hope is to serve our hometown of Tampa the best way that we can during these challenging times and to show our support for those who are risking their health every day at the front lines of this COVID-19 battle. They are true heroes.”
Your $10 will provide Tampa General Hospital employees with a warm meal delivered directly to their staff tomorrow evening. Fresh burgers, chicken sandwiches, and a hearty helping of fries and tots. Simply stop by or call your local World of Beer on Thursday, April 2nd and ask to “Pay It Forward”. It’s as simple and rewarding as that.
