Flying Dog Brewery (Frederick, Maryland) has officially announced that it will begin the Seasonal Releases of Cream Team and In God We Crush, two fan favorites previously released as a part of the brewery’s Brewhouse Rarity Series, in early January 2021.

Brewed to be a liquid “ode to that last swig of milk after you’ve dunked cookies in it,” Cream Team – formerly known as Cookies and Cream – is a Milk Stout brewed with “Northern Brewer hops, . . . real chocolate and additional lactose [to give it] a smooth and velvety finish.” Coming in at 9.5% ABV, Cream Team is “bursting with delicious cookies and cream ice cream flavors.”

Inspired by and originally named after “Maryland Shore’s most beloved beach cocktail” – the Orange Crush, In God We Crush is a Blonde Ale featuring “four different citrus products and three different citrus varieties, all [incorporated] at different points in the process, giving In God We Crush a nice, rounded citrus profile.” Clocking in at 6% ABV, In God We Crush “hits you with a wave of bright orange, then carries you off to sea with a citrusy, sweet finish.”

Cream Team and In God We Crush are both rolling out now and will be available for a limited time. You can expect to find these two Seasonal offerings available in 6-packs of 12 oz. bottles and on draft at select craft beer-focused establishments located in Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina and throughout the rest of Flying Dog’s distribution area.
