Epic Brewing Preps for Cold Weather Drinking with Return of Son of a Baptist

Epic Brewing Company (Salt Lake City, Utah) has officially announced that Son of a Baptist Coffee Stout will make its Seasonal return in late October 2021.

Developed to be the coffee-centric, un-barrel-aged offspring of Epic’s legendary Big Bad Baptist, Son of a Baptist (SOB) is an Imperial Stout that is brewed with cacao nibs and always highlights coffee from local coffee roasters (“If you’re in Utah, SOB is made with coffee roasted by Blue Copper Coffee. If you’re in Colorado, SOB is made with coffee roasted by Novo Coffee.”) Clocking in at 8% ABV, Son of a Baptist has “enough caffeine to give you a jolt” and is the “perfect companion for chilly days ahead.”

Son of a Baptist is rolling out now and is scheduled to hang around through the winter months. You can expect to find this Seasonal offering available in 6-packs of 12 oz. cans and on draft at select craft beer-focused establishments located in Florida, Utah, Colorado and throughout the rest of Epic’s distribution footprint. Prost!
