King State (Tampa, Florida) has officially announced that Colab. Common Beer, a special collaboration project with Our Mutual Friend Brewing Co. (Denver, Colorado), is available now as a Limited Release offering.

Brewed to be a modern take on an old school style, Colab. Common Beer is a California Common-style Beer featuring Colorado Pilsner, Oat malts, Colorado hops and warm fermented with lager yeast. Coming in at 5.1% ABV, Colab. Common Beer has a “soft mouthfeel, notes of sweet citrus and oat country bread, but kept crisp and refreshing.”

Colab. Common Beer actually released in mid-November (I suck, I know), but there is still plenty available and this is a beer that belongs on your radar. You can expect to find this Limited Release available in 4-packs of 16 oz. cans and on draft at King State and select craft beer-focused establishments located within the brewery’s distribution footprint in Florida.
