Wild Leap Brew Co. (LaGrange, Georgia) has officially announced that it will begin the Limited Release of Alpha Abstraction Volume XX in late April 2022.

Lauded by the “entire Wild Leap team” to be the “best of the [Alpha Abstraction] series so far,” Alpha Abstraction Volume XX is a Hazy/Juicy Double India Pale Ale featuring “YCH Cryo Trial 603 and Mosaic Cryo hops with hazy, floral and herbal flavor notes.” Coming in at 8% ABV, Alpha Abstraction Volume XX features “wonderful notes of blueberry, stone fruit and mango.”

“Reaching the twentieth volume of the Alpha Abstraction series is an important benchmark for us, and we decided to brew this volume with a couple of our favorite hops to celebrate,” explains Wild Leap’s Chief Brewing Officer, Chris Elliott. “We have done a good bit of hop experimentation in the last four years, and two of our absolute favorite hops are Mosaic Cryo and YCH Cryo Trial 603. Both give wonderful notes of blueberry, stone fruit and mango. It’s a great combination!”

Alpha Abstraction Volume XX is scheduled to roll out the week of April 18 and will hang around only as long as supplies last. You can expect to find this new Limited Release available in 6-packs of 12 oz. cans and on draft at select craft beer-focused establishments located in Alabama, Georgia and throughout the rest of Wild Leap’s distribution footprint in the Southeast.
