Off Color Brewing Brings Yuzu Fierce Back for the Summer

YUZU_FIERCE_keg_capOff Color Brewing (Chicago, Illinois) has officially announced that the latest batch of Yuzu Fierce, the wildly popular variant of its Fierce Berliner Weisse, will begin hitting shelves and taps in early June 2019.

One of Off Color Brewing’s most requested offerings, Yuzu Fierce is a “kettle soured, free rise fermented” Berliner Weisse featuring additions of Yuzu and Calamansi fruits.  Coming in at a highly drinkable 3.8% ABV, the “crisp, tart” Yuzu Fierce “is the definition of a summer session beer.”

Yuzu Fierce hit The Mousetrap at Off Color Brewing on June 7 and is scheduled to enter full distribution shortly after the on-site release. You can expect to find this Seasonal offering available in 4-packs of 12 oz. bottles and on draft at select craft beer-friendly establishments located in Alabama, Florida, Illinois and throughout the rest of Off Color’s distribution footprint.  Prost!
