Rogue Ales (Newport, Oregon) has announced that it is now officially in the Sour Ale game with the recent release of Paradise Pucker.
Originally released in 2016 as a small-batch offering available exclusively in Hawaii, Paradise Pucker has been revived by Rogue Ales for a 2017 release that will include full distribution in 22 oz. bottles and on draft. Inspired by “the classic Hawaiian juice made with passion fruit, orange and guava”, this 6% ABV and 5 IBU American Sour Ale “features a subtle tartness up front that gives way to a mild hop bitterness and finishes with notes of citrus and tropical fruit.”
“We captured the tropical flavor and put our own Rogue twist on it,” said Rogue President Brett Joyce.
Paradise Pucker is available now in 22 oz. bottles and on draft. You can expect to find this new Limited Release available at craft beer-friendly spots located in Alabama, Florida, Oregon and throughout the rest of Rogue Ale’s nationwide distribution footprint. Prost!
