Hi-Wire Brewing (Asheville, North Carolina) has officially announced that it will begin the Seasonal Release of its award-winning Zirkusfest Oktoberfest Lager in early August 2020.

Awarded a Gold Medal in the German-style Märzen Category at the 2016 Great American Beer Festival, Zirkusfest is a traditional Märzen that uses Munich malt to provide “upfront biscuity and honey flavors that fade into a dry finish.” Coming in at 6% ABV, Zirkusfest “boasts all the flavors one wants in a rich Oktoberfest lager without the heavy finish.”

Zirkusfest is available now at Hi-Wire’s Asheville and Knoxville taprooms and online beer shop, and it will soon hit the brewery’s Durham taproom and full distribution area. You can expect to find this Seasonal release available in 6-packs of 12 oz. cans and on draft at select craft beer-focused establishments located in Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, Kentucky, Ohio and Virginia.
