Hi-Wire Brewing (Asheville, North Carolina) has officially announced that it will begin the Limited Release of Chocolate Crème Brûlée 10W-40 in late March 2022.

The latest variant to Hi-Wire’s beloved 10W-40 Imperial Stout, Chocolate Crème Brûlée 10W-40 is an Imperial Stout brewed with caramel, vanilla, cacao, and lactose. Coming in at a slow-sipping 8% ABV, Chocolate Crème Brûlée 10W-40 promises to be “decadent and overflowing with notes of sweet cream, dark chocolate syrup, and caramelized sugar.”

Chocolate Crème Brûlée 10W-40 is rolling out now and will hang around only as long as supplies last. Hi-Wire Brewing Enters Spring with Seasonal Release of Easy Pitch IPA

Hi-Wire Brewing (Asheville, North Carolina) has officially announced that it will introduce Easy Pitch IPA as its newest Seasonal offering in late March 2022.

The latest extension of Hi-Wire’s “Pitch Family” of IPAs, Easy Pitch is a Session India Pale Ale that “is full of tropical and lemon-lime notes from Citra and Cashmere hops.” Coming in at 5% ABV and 55 IBUs, Easy Pitch is “bright, hoppy, and balanced with a modest hop bite and light malt bill.”

Easy Pitch IPA will launch in late March and is scheduled to hang around through July 2022. Hi-Wire Brewing (Asheville, North Carolina) has officially announced that it will release a new West Coast IPA on February 18, 2022.

The latest offering to come out of Hi-Wire’s rotating West Coast IPA Series, this iteration of West Coast IPA features Citra, Simcoe, and Idaho 7 hops. Clocking in at a “dank but drinkable” 6% ABV and 70 IBUs, West Coast IPA possesses “huge hop notes of bright, tropical, and juicy citrus peel [that] fit together with a super sticky green backbone.”

West Coast IPA is dropping at Hi-Wire’s  Asheville and Durham taprooms plus online beer shop on February 18 and will enter distribution shortly after that date. Developed to give your wintertime sipping a healthy dose of hops, Elated Winter IPA is an American India Pale Ale that uses Michigan Chinook and Idaho 7 hops to create “pine and citrus peel notes . . . that are perfectly balanced by sticky caramel and toasted bread flavors from a carefully crafted malt bill.” Coming in at 6.1% ABV, Elated Winter IPA is “fit for fireside snuggling or snow day exploration.”
