TrimTab Brewing (Birmingham, Alabama) has officially announced that it will begin the Limited Release of The Observer, a Triple Dry-hopped Double IPA, at noon on Wednesday, August 26.

Arriving as the freshest offering to come out of TrimTab’s Light Visions Collection of “rotational hazy and New England IPA and DIPAs,” The Observer is a Hazy/Juicy Double India Pale Ale triple dry-hopped with Cascade, Simcoe and Sultana hops. Coming in at 8% ABV, The Observer is here to make you an active participant in this crazy craft beer world full of haze.

The Observer will debut in the Tasting Gallery at TrimTab Brewing at noon on August 26, and distribution will follow shortly after the on-site release. You can expect to find this Limited Release available in 4-packs of 16 oz. cans and on draft at select craft beer-focused establishments located within the brewery’s distribution footprint in Alabama and Georgia.
