Oskar Blues Brewery (Longmont, Colorado) has officially announced that it will begin the Seasonal Release of Slow Chill Dunkel in early October 2020.

Here to round out Oskar Blues Brewery’s 2020 Slow Chill Series of crisp, clean lagers, Slow Chill Dunkel is a German-style Dunkel Lager that has “Pilsner and Munich malts create rich aromatics of honey and brown sugar” while notes of “fresh baked wheat-bready goodness [wash] over the palate with notes of toffee, pie crust and biscuit.” Coming in at 5% ABV, Slow Chill Dunkel “forecasts a crisp maltiness reminiscent of fall mornings in the Rocky Mountains.”

Slow Chill Dunkel is rolling out now and will be hanging around for a limited time this fall. You can expect to find this Seasonal offering available in 6-packs of 12 oz. cans and on draft at select craft beer-focused establishments located in Alabama, Florida, Colorado, North Carolina, Texas and throughout the rest of Oskar Blues Brewery’s nationwide distribution area.
