D.G. Yuengling & Son, Inc. (Pottsville, Pennsylvania) has officially announced that it will release a new and improved version of its Light Lager 99 in mid-June 2021.

Reformulated to give health-conscious beer drinkers “a best-in-class flavor experience that finishes smooth and clean after each sip,” Light Lager 99 is a Light Amber Lager that “[maintains] the full flavor profile similar to Yuengling’s flagship Lager brand.” Coming in at just 99 calories, 3.2 grams of carbs and 4% ABV, Light Lager 99 has all the “stats that today’s consumers expect from their light beer.”

The new Light Lager 99 is rolling out this month. You can expect to find this Year-Round offering available in 12 oz. bottles, 12 oz. cans, 16 oz. cans and on draft at beer-friendly establishments located in Alabama, Florida, Pennsylvania and throughout the rest of Yuengling’s 22-state distribution area.
