TrimTab Brewing (Birmingham, Alabama) has officially announced that it will begin the Limited Release of Blossom on Friday, February 4.

The latest offering to come out of the brewery’s Gallery Series, Blossom is a Pilsner brewed with honey and Honey Malt. Coming in at 5.2% ABV, Blossom promises to be “refreshing and crushable.”

Blossom will debut in the Tasting Gallery at TrimTab Brewing on February 4 and will enter distribution shortly after that date. You can expect to find this Limited Release available in 4-packs of 16 oz. cans and on draft at select craft beer-focused establishments located within the brewery’s distribution footprint in Alabama and Georgia.
