TrimTab Brewing Company (Birmingham, Alabama) has officially announced that it will begin the Limited Release of Easy IPA on June 3, 2022.

Dropping as #051 in the brewery’s Gallery Series, Easy IPA is a Session India Pale Ale that is cold fermented and dosed with “fresh” Cryo Pop, Centennial and Cashmere hops. Coming in at 4.8% ABV, Easy IPA promises to be “16 ounces of Easy does it.”

Easy IPA will debut at TrimTab Brewing Company on June 3 with availability in 16 oz. cans and on draft. You can expect to find this Limited Release at craft beer-focused establishments located in Alabama and throughout the rest of the brewery’s distribution footprint. Prost!

TrimTab Brewing Expands Gallery Series with Limited Release of Blossom Honey Pilsner

TrimTab Brewing (Birmingham, Alabama) has officially announced that it will begin the Limited Release of Blossom on Friday, February 4.

The latest offering to come out of the brewery’s Gallery Series, Blossom is a Pilsner brewed with honey and Honey Malt. Coming in at 5.2% ABV, Blossom promises to be “refreshing and crushable.”

Blossom will debut in the Tasting Gallery at TrimTab Brewing on February 4 and will enter distribution shortly after that date. You can expect to find this Limited Release available in 4-packs of 16 oz. cans and on draft at select craft beer-focused establishments located within the brewery’s distribution footprint in Alabama and Georgia. TrimTab Brewing Continues Gallery Series with Limited Release of New Zealand Pilsner

TrimTab Brewing (Birmingham, Alabama) has officially announced that it will begin the Limited Release of Gallery Series #38: New Zealand Pilsner on Friday, April 2.

Here to fill your spring days and nights with all the crispy refreshment you can handle, New Zealand Pilsner is a “Premium” Pilsner-style Lager dry-hopped with New Zealand Moutere hops. Coming in at 6.4% ABV, the “clean, crisp and crushable” New Zealand Pilsner showcases this “intensely tropical and fruity hop with dominant notes of Grapefruit and Passionfruit and undertones of spry hay, earthy baking spice and resinous pine.”

New Zealand Pilsner – available in 16 oz. cans and on draft – will officially release in the Tasting Gallery at TrimTab Brewing on April 2 and will be available only as long as supplies last. New Zealand Pilsner is a brewery only release and is not expected to see distribution. Prost!

Munich Honey Lager Joins TrimTab Brewing’s Gallery Series

TrimTab Brewing (Birmingham, Alabama) has officially announced that it will begin the Limited Release of Munich Honey Lager on Friday, March 12.

Dropping as No. 36 in TrimTab’s Gallery Series, Munich Honey Lager is a Munich-style Lager brewed with Riverbend malts, orange blossom honey and Saphir hops. Coming in at 6.2% ABV, the “refreshing and crushable” Munich Honey Lager “pairs perfectly with an outdoor patio.”

Munich Honey Lager – available in 4-packs of 16 oz. cans and on draft – will release in the Tasting Gallery at TrimTab Brewing at noon on March 12 and will hang around only as long as supplies last. There is no word at this time as to whether or not Munich Honey Lager will see distribution. Prost!

Created to take TrimTab’s Gallery Series on a “cruise to the West Coast,” #030 West Coast IPA is a ‘bright” West Coast-style India Pale Ale “packed with Chinook, Citra, El Dorado and Galaxy hops.” Coming in at 6.5% ABV, #030 West Coast IPA will send us down the nostalgic “hoppy trails” we have all been secretly longing to travel again.

#030 West Coast IPA will debut in the Tasting Gallery at TrimTab Brewing on November 20 and will enter distribution shortly after the on-site release. TrimTab Brewing Plans Small Batch Can Release of Chocolate Churro Milk Stout

TrimTabCCMS8canOn Friday, February 16 at 3 p.m., TrimTab Brewing (Birmingham, Alabama) will release Chocolate Churro Milk Stout as the 8th installment in its tasting room-exclusive Gallery Series.

Established expressly for R&D reasons and to gain feedback from their fans, TrimTab Brewing’s Gallery Series is a small batch series comprised of the brewery’s most artful and experimental recipes.  The first Stout to hit this series of very limited releases is Gallery Series #008 – Chocolate Churro Milk Stout, a decadent dessert beer brewed with chocolate malts, cinnamon sticks and pure liquid cacao.  Although big on flavor, Chocolate Churro Milk Stout clocks in at a reasonable 6.9% ABV.

Gallery Series #008 – Chocolate Churro Milk Stout will officially release in TrimTab Brewing’s Tasting Gallery at 3 p.m. on Friday, February 16.  This Small Batch offering will be available exclusively at the brewery in 12 oz. cans and on draft.  If Chocolate Churro Milk Stout has piqued your interest, be sure to hit the brewery early on Friday because releases from TrimTab’s Gallery Series have a habit of disappearing with a quickness. Prost!
