Creature Comforts Brewing Co. Adds Tritonia & Cosmik Debris to Year-Round Lineup

Creature Comforts Brewing Co. (Athens, Georgia) has officially announced that Tritonia Gose and Cosmik Debris Double IPA will join the brewery’s Year-Round portfolio in March 2021.

Previously only available as a part of Creature Comforts’ Seasonal lineup, the brewery is now going Year-Round with these two fan-favorite brews (descriptions sourced directly from the brewery’s press release):

  • Tritonia – A 4.5% ABV gently tart Fruited Gose brewed with cucumber, lime, sea salt, coriander, and our house blend of lactobacillus. Our take on this classic German-style wheat beer pairs the cool freshness of cucumber with the crisp tartness of lime to create an incredibly refreshing experience.
  • Cosmik Debris – An intensely hopped 8.0% ABV Double IPA featuring Simcoe, Strata, Mosaic, Cascade, and Chinook hops. This Double IPA presents a mind-blowing aroma of citrus zest, melon, and subtle pine. The big, fruity aroma, firm bitterness, and lighter malt character paves the way to a soft and balanced flavor profile.

“Our purpose is to foster human connection, and one of the ways we strive to cultivate those opportunities for connection is by offering a wide variety of year-round beer styles,” said CEO Chris Herron. “Tritonia and Cosmik Debris have become seasonal fan favorites over the last seven years, and we are excited to add them to our year-round lineup.”

Tritonia and Cosmik Debris will both officially return in early March 2021 with availability in 6-packs of 12 oz. cans and on draft. You can expect to find these two new Year-Rounds at craft beer-focused establishments located within Creature Comforts Brewing Co.’s distribution footprint in Georgia. Prost!

Creature Comforts’ Cosmik Debris Double IPA Set to Return this April

sNAhrkV4Creature Comforts Brewing Co. (Athens, Georgia) has announced that this year’s Limited Release of Cosmik Debris Double IPA (2019) will officially begin on Tuesday, April 16.

Released annually each spring “because the newest and freshest hops are available to brewers at that time”, Cosmik Debris (8% ABV) is a Double India Pale Ale that features “an intense amount of Simcoe, Idaho 7, Mosaic, Cascade, and Chinook hops.”  This massive hop bill provides a “firm bitterness” and an aroma bursting with “citrus zest, melon, and subtle pine” while “a lighter malt character paves the way to a delicious, soft, and balanced flavor profile.”

“Cosmik Debris should always be kept cold and consumed as fresh as possible,” said Co-founder & Brewmaster Adam Beauchamp. “Allowing it to age would lessen the brilliant, fresh aroma that we worked to infuse into the beer.”

This year’s batch of Cosmik Debris Double IPA will debut in the Creature Comforts Tasting Room on April 16 and distribution is scheduled to follow shortly after the onsite release.  You can expect to find this Limited Release offering available in 6-packs of 12 oz. cans and on draft at select craft beer-friendly establishments located within Creature Comforts Brewing Co.’s distribution footprint in Georgia.  Prost!
