Victory Brewing Company (Downingtown, Pennsylvania) has officially announced that Rosé Monkey, a White Wine Barrel-aged Belgian-style Tripel, is rolling out now as the latest release from the brewery’s 2019 Barrel Aged Series.
Arriving as the newest descendant of Victory Brewing Company’s beloved Golden Monkey, Barrel Aged Rosé Monkey is a Belgian-style Tripel that has been “aged to mystical perfection in Chardonnay oak barrels for months, then put into finishing tanks where 100% real cherry juice was added for a bright, fruity finish.” Weighing in at a deceptive 9.5% ABV, Rosé Monkey is so “easy and fun on the palate” that the brewery warns that you should “be careful with this magical treat.”
Barrel Aged Rosé Monkey is making its way into the market now and has plans to hang around only as long as supplies last. You can expect to find this Limited Release offering available in 500ml bottles and on draft at select craft beer-focused establishments located in Alabama, Florida, Pennsylvania, North Carolina and throughout the rest of Victory’s distribution territory. Prost!
