Ballast Point Brewing Company (San Diego, California) has announced that Sour Wench Blackberry Ale is now officially available in stores around San Diego and will hit the brewery’s full distribution footprint soon.
Arriving as the newest Limited Release offering from Ballast Point, Sour Wench is “a fruity Berliner Weisse-style beer bursting with Oregon blackberry flavor and aroma.” Violet in color, this kettle-soured ale “has an approachable soft tartness” that “will surely lure you into the world of sour beers.”
Sour Wench is currently rolling out now in the San Diego area and will soon be available nationwide. You can expect to find this Limited Release offering at fine beer establishments located in Alabama, Florida, California, Virginia and throughout the rest of Ballast Point’s distribution network.
