Hi-Wire Brewing (Asheville, North Carolina) has officially announced that it will begin the Limited Release of Blackberry Cobbler Sour Smoothie in mid-February 2021.

Inspired by the dessert of the same name, Blackberry Cobbler Sour Smoothie is a Tart Wheat Ale loaded down with 100lbs of blackberries per barrel and then dosed with “the perfect amount of cinnamon and vanilla.” Coming in at 5.5% ABV, the “tart and jammy yet balanced and smooth” Blackberry Cobbler Sour Smoothie is guaranteed to “take you back to dinner at Grandma’s.”

Blackberry Cobbler Sour Smoothie dropped at Hi-Wire’s Asheville locations on February 12 and will hit the brewery’s other taprooms and distribution any day now. You can expect to find this Limited Release available in 4-packs of 16 oz. cans at select craft beer-focused establishments located in Alabama, North Carolina, Tennessee and throughout the rest of Hi-Wire’s distribution footprint.
