Deep Ellum Brewing Co. Launches Hop Seeker Series with West Coast IPA

Deep Ellum Brewing Company (Dallas, Texas) has officially announced that it will begin the Limited Release of Hop Seeker West Coast IPA in early August 2021.

Kicking off Deep Ellum’s Hop Seeker Series of rotating IPAs crafted specifically for “the hop-huggers, the lupulin lovers, and hopsplorers of every sort,” Hop Seeker West Coast IPA is a West Coast-style India Pale Ale featuring “Mosaic hops from the Pacific Northwest.” Coming in at 7.3% ABV, Hop Seeker West Coast IPA “starts off gentle with fruity aromas and finishes with a piney bite.”

“For this initial release we pulled inspiration from some of our favorite breweries on the west coast that are making huge waves with IPAs. Consider this a tribute to everything we love about the modern revival of the west coast IPA. Clear, crisp, and packed with some of our favorite hops.”

– Brian Morris, DEBC Head Brewer
