Hi-Wire Brewing (Asheville, North Carolina) has officially announced that it will begin the Limited Release of Chocolate Raspberry Sour Smoothie on Friday, January 22.

Dropping as the seventh release in Hi-Wire Brewing’s Sour Smoothie Series, Chocolate Raspberry Sour Smoothie is an “ultra-fruited” Sour Ale that “combines a hefty amount of fresh raspberries with a decadent dose of cacao nibs.” Coming in at 5.5% ABV, Chocolate Raspberry Sour Smoothie “delivers on bold chocolate-covered raspberry flavors with a smooth and creamy finish.”

Chocolate Raspberry Sour Smoothie will hit Hi-Wire’s Asheville taprooms and online beer shop on January 22, and full distribution will follow shortly after that date. You can expect to find this Limited Release available in 4-packs of 16 oz. cans at select craft beer-focused establishments located in Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, Ohio, Kentucky, Virginia and Indiana.
