Hi-Wire Brewing (Asheville, North Carolina) has officially announced that it will begin the Limited Release of Orange Creamsicle Sour Smoothie in mid-May 2021.

Crafted to embody all that is good about summer, Orange Creamsicle Sour Smoothie is a Smoothie-style Sour Ale “brewed with 100 lbs per barrel of tangerines plus orange peel, vanilla, and lactose.” Coming in at 5.5% ABV, Orange Creamsicle Sour Smoothie is an “orange and cream-colored delight [that] is super tart yet balanced by sweet vanilla accompanied by electric citrus aroma sweet via orange peel.”

Orange Creamsicle Sour Smoothie dropped at Hi-Wire’s Asheville locations on May 14 and is actively hitting distribution now. You can expect to find this Limited Release available in 4-packs of 16 oz. cans at select craft beer-focused establishments located in Alabama, North Carolina, Tennessee and throughout the rest of Hi-Wire’s distribution footprint.
