Avery Brewing Co. (Boulder, Colorado) has announced that Old Grumbler, a Rum Barrel-aged Old Ale, is officially available now as an incredibly Limited Release.

Designated as installment No. 55 in Avery Brewing Co.’s one-and-done, gold foil Barrel-Aged Series, Old Grumbler is a blend of 12-month and 24-month Rum Barrel-Aged Old Ales.  Coming in at an ornery 17.2% ABV, Old Grumbler is “begrudgingly here, in this bottle, and ready to wallop anyone who sets foot on his lawn. Hey, you! Stay outta my barrels!!”

Old Grumbler shuffled into Avery Brewing Co.’s Tap Room at the end of October 2019 and is hitting distribution now.  You can expect to find this Limited Release available in 12 oz. bottles and on draft at select craft beer-friendly establishments located in Florida, Colorado and wherever else it is can be legally sold within Avery Brewing Co.’s distribution area.  Prost!
