TrimTab Brewing (Birmingham, Alabama) has officially announced that it will hold a Limited Can Release for Crème de la Crème Brûlée Imperial Stout on Friday, November 15.

Surfacing as the latest offering to come out of TrimTab Brewing’s Cellar Reserve Series, Crème de la Crème Brûlée is a crème brûlée-inspired Imperial Stout “crafted with vanilla beans, molasses and crème brûlée coffee.”  Weighing in at a sizable 8.7% ABV, Crème de la Crème Brûlée promises to be “16 ounces of decadence.”

Crème de la Crème Brûlée will officially release in the Tasting Gallery at TrimTab Brewing on November 15. This Limited Release offering will be available in 4-packs of 16 oz. cans.  At this time, there is no word on whether Crème de la Crème Brûlée will see distribution.  Prost!
