TrimTab Brewing (Birmingham, Alabama) has officially announced that it will begin the Limited Release of Satin Steel DIPA at noon on Friday, August 6.

The latest release in TrimTab’s Light Visions Collection of rotating New England-inspired Hazy IPAs and DIPAs, Satin Steel is a Hazy/Juicy Double India Pale Ale featuring “fresh Enigma and Mosaic hops.” Coming in at 9% ABV, Satin Steel DIPA is “smooth in taste and heavy on the hops.”

Satin Steel DIPA will debut at TrimTab Brewing at noon on August 6 and will enter distribution shortly after the on-site release. Burial Beer Co. (Asheville, North Carolina) has officially announced that it will begin the Limited Release of One Of Us Will Have To Bury The Other, a special collaboration project with Other Half Brewing (Brooklyn, New York), on Wednesday, July 7.

Carefully crafted to be the ultimate summertime drinker, One Of Us Will Have To Bury The Other is a Mexican-style Lager “made with pale pilsner with a touch of Vienna and Munich malt, fermented bone dry, and aged in [Burial’s] American oak foudre.” Coming in at 5% ABV, One Of Us Will Have To Bury The Other offers notes of “freshly baked honey toast with hints of corn laced with palm tree daydreams.”

Conceptualized by Sideward’s assistant brewer, Squirrel, and inspired by his obsession with falcons, Divebomb is an American Pale Ale featuring “more modern citrus-focused hop varieties and some lemon zest.” Coming in at 5.6% ABV, Divebomb is the perfect beer to crush while googling random facts about avian species.

Created as a reminder that some things are “best left in the hands of experts and fanatics,” Your Compliance Is Strongly Suggested is a blend of five different Imperial Stouts that was then “aged . . . with the largest dose of elegant Macadamia nuts that [Burial has] ever mustered, before adding Macaroon coconut, Mexican vanilla beans and a dab of maple syrup to accent and add a creamy finish.” Coming in at a massive 15% ABV, Your Compliance Is Strongly Suggested comes together to be a “tropical journey into macadamia maple creams, Coco Lopez cupcakes, and coconut cake with vanilla cream and crushed nuts.”

Developed to conjure up memories of “all-day State Fairs or evening carnivals,” Watermelon Cotton Candy is a Sour Wheat Ale brewed with cotton candy, milk sugar and watermelon juice. These ingredients come together to create the following ride for your senses:

“The cotton candy adds that indulgent sweet flavor, while the milk sugar rounds it out with a soft and fluffy mouthfeel (just like the beloved childhood treat – cotton candy!).
