Swamp Head Brewery (Gainesville, Florida) has officially announced that Snakes on the Paynes will make a long-awaited return on Thursday, June 11.

First released a few years ago and now one of Swamp Head’s most requested IPAs, Snakes on the Paynes is a New England-style India Pale Ale brewed with honey locally sourced from Paynes Prairie and “heavily hopped” with Citra, Mosaic, and Vic Secret hops. Coming in at a hefty 8.5% ABV, Snakes on the Paynes offers “notes of sweet citrus, pine, and pineapple and a crisp yet juicy finish.”

Snakes on the Paynes – packaged in 4-packs of 12 oz. cans for $15 each – will be available for curbside/drive-thru pickup at Swamp Head Brewery beginning at noon on Thursday, June 11 (click here to visit the brewery’s online ordering system).
