Straight to Ale (Huntsville, Alabama) has officially announced that it will begin the Limited Release of Black is Beautiful, an Imperial Stout brewed in conjunction with Weathered Souls Brewing Co. (San Antonio, Texas), at 11 a.m. on July 6.

Brewed as Straight to Ale’s contribution to Weathered Souls Brewing Co.’s Black is Beautiful initiative, Black is Beautiful is a 10% ABV Imperial Stout brewed with “lots of oats” and generously hopped with “complex American and vibrant New Zealand [hops].” Dropping to make an impact, 100% of the proceeds raised from the sale of Straight to Ale’s take on Black is Beautiful will be donated to the Alabama chapter of the Alabama NAACP.

Straight to Ale’s Black is Beautiful Imperial Stout will debut in the brewery’s taproom on July 6 and will be available only as long as supplies last. Available exclusively at the brewery in 6-packs of 12 oz. cans and on draft, this Limited Release will not see distribution. Prost!
