Creature Comforts Brewing Co. (Athens, Georgia) has officially announced that it will begin the Limited Bottle Release of Easy Melody Saison on Saturday, December 12.

Brewed to “[showcase] regional and local ingredients,” Easy Melody is a mixed culture Saison featuring “lemongrass from Heilbron Herbs (Asheville, NC), . . . lavender from R&R Secret Farm (Athens, GA), wheat from . . . DaySpring Farms (Danielsville, GA), and malt from Carolina Malting (Cleveland, NC).” Coming in at 5.8% ABV, Easy Melody is “beautifully refreshing with bright fruit and floral notes balanced by gentle acidity.”

Easy Melody – available in 500ml bottles – will hit the Taproom at Creature Comforts Brewing Co. on December 12 and will hang around only as long as supplies last. Easy Melody is a taproom only release and is not expected to see distribution. Prost!
