Cahaba Brewing Company (Birmingham, Alabama) has officially announced that it will begin the extremely Limited Release of Bow & Arrow Brut India Pale Ale on January 31.

Arriving as Cahaba’s “Valentine’s gift to you,” Bow & Arrow is a Brut-style India Pale Ale that has been “freshly dry-hopped” with Citra and Mosaic hops and “lightly aged in French oak white wine barrels.”  Embodying the art of “Craft with Passion,” Bow & Arrow promises to offer an experience that is “dry, crisp and truly harmonized.”

Bow & Arrow Brut India Pale Ale will debut in the Taproom at Cahaba Brewing Company on January 31 and is scheduled to enter limited distribution on February 7.  The Bow & Arrow release consists of just 200 22 oz. bottles and a limited number of kegs.  Prost!
