Creature Comforts Brewing Co. (Athens, Georgia) has officially announced that it will begin the Limited Release of Culture Keepers, a Maibock brewed in collaboration with Burial Beer Co. (Asheville, North Carolina), on Friday, May 22.

The second of two collaborations under the same name that “features a perfectly balanced combination of traditional malt and hop qualities,” this installment of Culture Keepers is a Maibock that has “Czech Saaz, German Hallertauer Hersbrucker, and US Santiam hops blend wonderfully together with Epiphany’s Ursprung Fest Malt, and Munich malt.”  Coming in at 7% ABV, Culture Keepers “[captures] the traditional essence of bock beer.”

Culture Keepers Maibock will officially hit Creature Comforts Brewing Co. for to-go pickup in 4-packs of 16 oz. cans on May 22, but you can go ahead and pre-order your stash on CraftCellr now by clicking here.  In addition to the brewery release, a limited amount of Culture Keepers Maibock will be sent into distribution within Creature Comforts Brewing Co.’s footprint in Georgia.  Prost!
