AleSmith Brewing Company (San Diego, California) has officially announced that it will begin the Limited Release of Tower of Flower, a West Coast IPA brewed in collaboration with Beachwood Brewing (Long Beach, California), in early October 2021.
The newest hop-laden release to come out of AleSmith’s always intriguing Collaboration Series, Tower of Flower is a West Coast-style India Pale Ale that has been double dry-hopped with “a monstrous hop blend of Galaxy, Cashmere and Nelson hops.” Coming in at 6.8% ABV, Tower of Flower offers “intense notes of passionfruit, citrus, peach and melon.”
“We love partnering with breweries that enjoy the process of brewing as much as we do, so we were stoked to team up with Beachwood again for Tower of Flower,” shares Ryan Crisp, Head Brewer and Director of Brewery Operations at AleSmith. “If anyone can forge a solid West Coast-style IPA, it’s two SoCal breweries with a shared passion for hops.”
“AleSmith is a bastion of the craft beer industry and Beachwood was honored to be a part of another amazing collaboration,” raves Co-Owner and Brewmaster of Beachwood Brewing, Julian Shrago. “We’re grateful for our collective group of beer-drinking fans and couldn’t be happier with this fantastic IPA brewed with some of the finest and most aromatic hops around.”
Tower of Flower is rolling out now and will hang around only as long as supplies last. You can expect to find this Limited Release available in 4-packs of 16 oz. cans and on draft at select craft beer-focused establishments located in California and throughout the rest of AleSmith’s distribution area. Prost!
