LOKO Cuisine Kicks Off 2020 Eggs & Kegs Series with Tang! & Biscuits Brunch

lokocuisinelogoLOKO Cuisine has officially announced that it will enter the New Year by teaming up with Green Bench Brewing Co. (1133 Baum Ave. N | St. Petersburg, Florida) to celebrate shuffleboard, beer and food with a special Tang! & Biscuits Eggs & Kegs Brunch at 11 a.m. on Sunday, January 19.

Inspired by the fact that St. Petersburg is home to the largest and oldest shuffleboard courts in the world, the mad geniuses at LOKO Cuisine have approached their first Eggs & Kegs event of 2020 by designing a menu “named after the sport’s ‘Tang’ cue stick and ‘Biscuit’ puck.”  The Tang! & Biscuits Brunch will consist of the following four-course meal (served buffet-style):

In addition to all the tasty grub listed above, Green Bench Brewing Co. will have a full array of tasty beverages available for you to pair with your meal (one beer, wine or cider included in ticket price. Additional beverages can be purchased separately throughout the meal).  Also, event organizers have arranged for a portable shuffleboard court to be on-site “so you can brush up on your game” during brunch.

Tickets for Tang! & Biscuits Eggs & Kegs are available now for $34.00 each, and you can purchase yours by clicking here. Ticket cost includes the four-course brunch and one selected beer, wine or cider. Physical tickets will not be issued, but your name will be added to a paid list once the purchase process is completed. FYI: Everyone in your party will have to check in under the purchaser’s name at the door.

Like all LOKO Cuisine Eggs & Kegs events, seating is incredibly limited for Tang! & Biscuits. With that in mind, reach out to brunch buddies ASAP and lock down some tickets before they sell out.  Prost!

Cigar City Brewing and LOKO Cuisine to Host Jai Life Eggs and Kegs Event

lokocuisinelogoOn Sunday, May 21 at 11 a.m., Cigar City Brewing (3924 W. Spruce St, Tampa, Florida) and LOKO Cuisine will join forces once again to bring their fans Jai Life Eggs and Kegs, a Jamaican-inspired brunch that showcases the culinary versatility of Jai Alai India Pale Ale.

Eggs and Kegs is an ongoing series of food and beer pairings where Chef Loscalzo of LOKO Cuisine designs an imaginative themed menu centered around the flavor and aromatic profiles of a chosen beer or beers.  Taking place in the Fermentorium at Cigar City Brewing, Jai Life Eggs and Kegs will feature “a Jamaican inspired 4-course spread made to complement the hoppy goodness of Jai Alai IPA.”  For this event, Cigar City Brewing will be offering two variants of Jai Alai, White Oak Jai Alai and Jai Alai treated with Fresh Grapefruit Zest, as options to enjoy with the following menu:

In addition to all of the amazing food and beer, Jai Life Eggs and Kegs will also feature Citra Hopped nitro infused cold brew coffee from Ginger Beard Coffee and an ambiance properly set by the music of Bob Marley and other artists of the reggae genre.
