Heavy Seas Beer Goes Bottomless with Bellini Inspired Beer

Heavy Seas Beer (Baltimore, Maryland) has officially announced that it will hold a Curbside Can Release for Bottomless Bellini from Friday, February 26 to Sunday, February 28.

Here to remind you that “brunch is always better when it’s Bottomless,” Bottomless Bellini is a Bellini-inspired Fruit Beer made with 164 lbs of peach puree. Coming in at 7.25% ABV, Bottomless Bellini is “juicy, bright, and fizzy for all the fun without the stemmed glass.”

“This beer is easy like Sunday morning,” says Heavy Seas Associate Brand Manager, Amanda Zivkovic. “It’s fruity, super juicy, and the perfect beer for brunching at home!”

“We had a lot of fun with the Mimosa version of Bottomless last year. We used enzymes, orange juice, citric acid and other cool techniques to produce a unique beer that just seemed to capture the flavor and spirit of a mimosa so well.  It was a no-brainer to reprise it, but with a slightly different inspiration. So, Bellini was the inspiration, which demanded 164 pounds of peach puree in the fermentation. The beer is relatively dry, with a tart, fruity balance that is just right for a great brunch session.”

– Christopher Leonard, Heavy Seas Brewmaster

Bottomless Bellini – available in 4-packs of 16 oz. cans – will see Curbside Release at Heavy Seas during the weekend of February 26 – 28. Bottomless Bellini is a brewery-only release that will not see distribution. Prost!
